Payment Information
LimbTech is currently licensed and credentialed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georiga, Kentucky, Indiana, California, Virginia, and Tennessee. Payments can be made through insurance. We also have the option of a cash rate for evaluations.
NOTE: We must have an OT referral from a medical provider before evaluation is completed.
